We will pay a $3,000 reward for information which leads to the arrest and conviction of anyone who steals and is found fraudulently using a member’s cards and/or cellular phone. This cash reward is intended as a deterrent to fraud and to help with the conviction of persons charged with fraud. The member, his/her spouse, their immediate family and law enforcement personnel are not eligible.

From the moment you report the loss or theft of your cards or cellular phone to your Card Protector service representative, we assume all risk and responsibility for fraudulent charges.

Card Protector’s Sale Price Guarantee helps make sure that you get the best price. Members who have registered their cards using the Registration Form are eligible for the guarantee.

Here’s how it works: Purchases made on the card or account to which your Card Protector membership fee was charged have the purchase price guaranteed for 90 days from the date of the purchase. If the purchased item is advertised in print during this time at $5.00 or more lower than the price you paid, you’re eligible to be reimbursed for the difference, including applicable taxes. You are entitled to reimbursement for up to 3 identical items purchased at the same time. The maximum reimbursement for all items in any one request is $200, including applicable taxes. You can make up to 2 reimbursement claims. The maximum amount which will be reimbursed to a member in any 12 month period is $400, including applicable taxes. Eligibility for the sale price guarantee is limited to purchases which can not be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund.

If your wallet or purse is lost or stolen, you’re protected! Members who have registered their cards are eligible to be reimbursed up to $50 in any 12 month period for the replacement cost of a wallet or purse that is lost or stolen at the same time as their cards go missing.
